Kundalini Bodywork | A dance between intention and surrender

Through Kundalini Bodywork, I invite you to unravel the unspoken stories held within your body—unprocessed trauma, emotions, and pain—gently guiding them back into the natural rhythm of your being. In this space, we transmute and alchemize these energies into higher vibrational frequencies, creating an open channel for Kundalini to move freely and powerfully within. This work dives into the most profound layers of the Self, where dense emotions and subtle sensations meet. It’s a journey of softening what’s been held tightly, bringing everything into balance, and opening you up to a state of wholeness.

Kundalini Bodywork is a practice where we are invited to reveal the parts of ourselves that have been shamed, hidden, and deemed unacceptable. In this space, we strip away the layers of conditioning, facing the raw, unfiltered truths of our bodies, traumas, and desires. It's not just about acknowledging these aspects, but about embracing them, allowing the messy, complicated beauty of our humanity to rise to the surface and shape what we truly want and need.

“Feel it. The thing that you don't want to feel.

Feel it and be free”

In these sessions, energy is invited to flow freely through your body, awakening the life force- Kundalini that may have been dormant for years. Here’s what you might experience: sensations like tingling, warmth, or involuntary movements as your body aligns with its innate rhythm. You may feel waves of energy rolling up your spine, unlocking parts of you that have been long suppressed. Emotions might rise—tears, laughter and pleasure, primal sounds—and with them, a profound release that liberates your spirit.

Between these movements, there is often a stillness, a raw and intimate sense of connection to yourself. This is your body remembering, healing, and expanding. Insights may flood your consciousness, or perhaps a serene calm will settle in, offering peace you didn’t even know was possible. Whether you are moved by powerful emotions, deep physical sensations, or inner stillness, it’s all part of the process of becoming the truest, fullest expression of yourself.

Every person is unique so everyones journey, even every session, is different. Keep in mind: videos like these rarely show someone’s first experience. The individuals you see in videos online are often in tune with their energy and/or already have a very open (energetic) body. Sometimes this takes a few sessions and it is also not about how much your body moves.

What to expect in sessions

Setting intentions

The intention you bring into a Kundalini Bodywork session shapes everything. What are you ready to release—old stories, pain, patterns that no longer serve you? And what are you willing to welcome in—pleasure, power, something new that’s been waiting for you? This is your journey, and together, we’ll dive deep to uncover what that looks like for you. You don’t have to have all the answers—you just need the willingness to explore, to feel, to trust that your body knows the way forward.

Movement & Breathwork

This is how we usually start a session. Through shaking and intentional movement, we unlock the body and set the trapped tension free. As your breath deepens, your connection to your body intensifies, and with that, awareness floods every part of you. You start to *feel* in ways you haven’t before. This is where the energy begins to flow.

De-armouring

De-armouring is about releasing all that tension and emotional weight your body’s been carrying for way too long. Through touch (pressure points), movement, and breath, we start peeling away those layers of protection and the old patterns that have been holding you back. As you let go of this armor, your body opens up, and you begin to feel everything—more deeply, more fully.

Shadow work

Dive into those parts of yourself you usually hide or push away. The messy, complicated desires and behaviors—those can actually be transformed into something healthy and even beautiful. When you stop fighting them and start embracing them, you make room for deeper healing. You move past the limits of your ego and step into the truest, most real version of yourself. This is where your wholeness begins.

Tantric Embodiment

Tantric Embodiment is about inviting deeper intimacy, mindfulness, and connection into your life. It’s about showing up fully—body, mind, and spirit—bringing presence, devotion, pleasure, and spirituality into every moment. It’s not about performing; it’s about feeling. It’s not about striving; it’s about surrendering. This is how you truly meet yourself. Every breath, every sensation, every act becomes sacred when you move with intention and heart.

Non-Dual Psychology

In Kundalini Bodywork we work with a non-dual perspective, we’re talking about a process that takes you beyond the either/or, and into the both/and. You’ll learn to dance with discomfort and joy, pain and pleasure, finding the unity within the duality. It’s not about transcending your humanity, it’s about embodying it fully.

Energy work

We start by working with your own lifeforce energy, from the root up. Through breath, movement, sound, and touch, we stir things up, shaking loose the stagnant places, inviting flow where there’s been resistance. And once that energy starts moving? That’s when we welcome in higher consciousness. Divinity. We invite it to flow from the crown down. When that divine energy meets your own life force rising from within—everything shifts. It’s like coming home to your truth. To yourself.

If you feel drawn to this path, it’s for a reason. This modality asks for intention & surrender, consistency, and a willingness to trust the process. It’s not a quick fix, but rather a layered unfolding, like the shedding of old skins.

For that reason, I recommend committing to a series of 3 to 6 sessions, spaced out over 3 to 6 months, allowing for the necessary time of rest and integration between each experience.

You can start by booking an introductory session, which lasts about 2.5 to 3 hours.
